Reach for the Stars "Reach for the Stars" is a new program designed to provide you with the opportunity to reach your professional goals or to help others reach theirs. WIA will match members seeking support and encouragement in the pursuit of their career goals with experienced aerospace professionals to help develop ongoing mentoring relationships. Signing up to be a mentor or a protégé is easy: first, review WIA's expectations for participants.
