Welcome to the Home Page for the "Reach for the Stars" mentoring program!

"Reach for the Stars" is a new program designed to provide you with the opportunity to reach your professional goals or to help others reach theirs. WIA will match members seeking support and encouragement in the pursuit of their career goals with experienced aerospace professionals with the goal of developing ongoing mentoring relationships.

Signing up to be a mentor or a protégé is easy: first, review WIA's expectations for participants. If the program seems right for you, complete the application to be a mentor or the application to be a protégé. Please email the complete application to the Vice President of Professional Development.
