"Launch to New Heights" Welcome to the Home Page for the "Launch to New Heights" résumé and cover letter review program! Whether you are searching for that first job in the field or it's time to update your résumé and start looking for a new position, WIA can help you launch your career to new heights with this service designed to strengthen the message your résumé and cover letter send prospective employers. All WIA members are welcome to apply for résumé and cover letter reviewing services. We are also seeking volunteers to critique résumés and cover letters. Signing up to be a reviewer or to request a reviewer is easy: first, review WIA's expectations for participants. If the program seems right for you, complete the application to be a reviewer or the application to seek a reviewer. Please then email the completed application to the Vice President of Professional Development. Upon review of this application, we will match you with the most suitable partner for this program. This program is exclusively for WIA members only and is offered as a membership benefit at no additional cost.
