Biography
Emma Hinds
The Tauri Group
Emma Hinds is a Technology Analyst with The Tauri Group. She is currently supporting the Strategic Investments Division within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at NASA Headquarters, Washington, DC. In this position, she supports NASA’s external reporting requirements to Congress, the Government Accountability Office, and the Office of Management and Budget. Other responsibilities include supporting NASA’s annual Budget Request and performing analyses for oversight of NASA’s major projects. Previously, Emma was a Senior Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting clients such as the U.S. Air Force and DARPA. Emma earned her MA in International Science and Technology Policy with a concentration in Space Policy from the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs in 2009. She attended the Space Studies Program of the International Space University in Barcelona in 2008, and earned her BA in Politics with a minor in Astronomy from Mount Holyoke College in 2006. Emma is clearly a space nerd, but also enjoys traveling, exercising, and scuba diving. |
