 Angela Richard serves asa Senior Manager of Corporate Global Trade at Collins Aerospace. Shortly after joining Collins in 2014, she co-founded theirERG, Women in Technology and Aerospace (WITA), with the intent to bring employees together to support the advancement of women in technology andaerospace through community involvement, networking events, and professional development. Membership grew to 170 members across 7 different states within the first few months. WITA still exists today and has grown tremendously. 


Richard has been a proud participant in the Women in Business Leadership Mentor Program at Bowling Green University the past 7 years, providing professional career advice to a paired student within the school’s business program. She also has served as a mentor in the Professional Mentor Program at Collins Aerospace and has the pleasure of mentoring and sponsoring other Collins employees in an informal setting.  

In 2020, she helped to charter the AlphaBravoCollins Toastmaster Club, and then served in multiple officer roles, includingVP of Public Relations, VP of Membership,and President. Prior to this and while living in California, shealso served as a Communications Board Member for Women in International Trade of Los Angeles (WIT-LA). Most recently, she had the honor of participating in the 2021 WIA Foundation Scholarship Selection Committee 

Richard hasearned her MBA with a focus on International Business, a Masters in Dispute Resolution, and next year she will graduate with a MS in Management and Leadership – all from Pepperdine University. She also has obtained her Customs Brokers License.
