Leadership requires working with and through others. Yet many of us struggle to persuade others to take action and to align (and maintain alignment among) decision makers, leading to frustration, wasted time and energy, poor results, and damaged working relationships.   

This webinar will explore what motivates others’ decisions and introduce simple tools to help leaders influence, persuade, and motivate others more effectively. We will challenge common approaches to influence that fail to engage customers, partners, suppliers, partners team members, colleagues, and senior management alike and offer participants new ways of thinking about influence in the workplace (and beyond).
