Jacey Spratt is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and certified career and leadership coach with 20 years of professional experience. Before founding Same Page Consulting in 2016, she spent ten years at Chemonics International and nearly four years at Development Alternatives Inc. As a consultant, she has worked with USAID, the World Bank, and more than 20 private, non-profit, university, and implementing partners domestically and internationally. She offers the following services: training design; training delivery; facilitation (retreat, team building, work/strategic planning, change management, and after action review); coaching for presentations; and career/leadership coaching for individuals and groups.

Regina Rabenhorst, owner of and consultant for Triple Crown Results, is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) with over seventeen years of experience in needs assessment, training and performance improvement design, delivery, and evaluation, e-learning course design, team development, change management, coaching, and organizational development. She is also an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) providing management and leadership, executive, and career coaching for clients. She has worked both in the US and around the world with international staff and federal government agencies such as USAID, Department of Education, Millennium Challenge Corporation, Department of Defense, and National Security Administration as well as private and non-profit contractors and implementing partners.
