Sheryl Sizelove is Director of the Information and Knowledge Systems (I&KS) organization of Advanced Network and Space Systems, a business element of The Boeing Company. In this role, she is responsible for shaping and capturing business opportunities in the growing information and knowledge systems markets. She also leads the effort to provide net-enabling core capabilities with a focus on synergy and commonality across The Boeing Company.
Sizelove leads the development of customer solutions for information and knowledge systems including Command and Control applications and services leveraging Boeing technologies, commercial and customer products, academia, and research and technology organizations. The I&KS organization executes the IDS Network Centric Operations (NCO) strategy components of NCO technology planning, product development, integration, training and NCO knowledge dissemination. The organization is also responsible for system-of-system architecture analysis and experimentation for integrated defense concepts.
Prior to her appointment to this position, Sizelove was director of Boeing's NCO Net-enabling and Integration organization that evolved into her current organization.
Sizelove is a Chair Emeritus of the Network Centric Operations Industry Consortium (NCOIC) Technical Council, an international non-profit organization dedicated to faster delivery of NCO solutions for customers worldwide. She served as vice chair and chair of the Technical Council from 2005-2008. Today, Sizelove is member-at-large of the NCOIC Technical Council responsible for membership.
Sizelove's previous Boeing assignments include software architect for the Connexion by Boeing business venture, and four years at Boeing in Australia as the system/software engineering manager for a major integrated combat system.
Prior to joining Boeing in 1992, Sizelove owned and operated a software consulting firm, Sizelove Computer Systems, Inc., that served the aerospace industry.
Sizelove has a bachelor of arts in mathematics from California State University Long Beach, and a master of science in computer science from the University of Southern California.
